All other Smithsonian Museums, including the Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, VA, remain closed on Tuesday, February 9.

  The Breitling Orbiter 3 made history 10 years ago when it successfully circumnavigated the globe.  The Orbiter’s pilot, Brian Jones, will reunite with the capsule he called home 10 years ago. Mr. Jones will discuss his first hand experience in the capsule and answer questions from the public.

The GE, Exploring Space, Glenn and Lindbergh lectures are free, but tickets are required. Seating may be limited. To request tickets online, use the ticket request form.
