Draper Prize
The Charles Stark Draper Prize is awarded biannually for outstanding achievement in all fields of engineering and technology that contribute to human welfare and freedom. The prize was established in 1988 by the National Academy of Engineering and was named in honor of Charles Stark Draper, the father of inertial guidance.
