Technical and Scale Drawings
The National Air and Space Museum Archives is the repository
of thousands of aircraft and spacecraft technical and scale drawings,
donated over the decades by manufacturers, the armed services, and by
individual illustrators. Most drawings are available for reproduction.
Lists and order forms for several drawing collections are available for
download or by mail, but these listings represent only a small percentage
of the Archives' drawings; see Miscellaneous
Drawings on Paper for information on ordering "unlisted"
drawings.
Copyright and Image Use
Materials from the collections of the National Air and
Space Museum may be subject to Smithsonian Institution, National Air and
Space Museum copyright and image use restrictions. Usage requires prior
written permission from the Museum. If you wish to publish NASM drawings
in any medium, please see our permissions

Copy and Shipping Fees
Reproductions of drawings on paper are priced by the
square foot. Photocopies can be provided for drawings up to 36" wide.
Reproductions of microfilm are priced per reel. Prints on paper from microfilm
