First Image From Landsat 7 Earth Remote Sensing Satellite

This is the first official image (bands 4,3,2) from the Landsat 7 satellite launced April 15, 1999. The image covers southeast North Dakota and northeast Nebraska. Souix Falls, SD is visible in the upper left corner. The Missouri River and its reservioirs are visible in the bottom half of the image.
